Here are the terms and conditions on which you may order the products available on this website.
In these Terms, when we refer to “we” or “us”, we mean Ordora, the online ordering platform operated by Velmont Solutions Group Ltd.
When we refer to “takeaway” or “our” we mean “Chesters Chorley”, the restaurant whose products you are ordering.
When we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the person accessing or using the website.
1. Information About Us
Ordora is an online ordering platform operated by Velmont Solutions Group Ltd, whose registered office is at 1A Gossops Parade, Crawley, RH11 8HH. Ordora provides the technology that enables customers to place orders with participating restaurants. The restaurant fulfilling your order is Chesters Chorley.
2. Ordering Products
- 2.1 You may order products online directly via this website if you wish to collect your products (“Collection Orders”) or for home delivery (“Delivery Orders”).
- 2.2 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order online.
- 2.3 In order to place an order for delivery or collection on the website, you will need to provide certain details requested on the site. This information will only be used to process the order or contact you if we have any queries on your order.
- 2.4 Once your order has been placed we will confirm acceptance of your order, which you will receive confirmation of on-screen as well as an email confirming the information you included in your order. The order will become legally binding on you and the takeaway when we accept the order and send you the email confirmation.
- 2.5 To discuss order status and any changes to the order you will need to contact the takeaway directly.
3. Collection
- 3.1 Collection time will be set out during the ordering process.
- 3.2 If you do not collect your order within one hour of your collection time, your products will be disposed of and you will not receive a refund.
4. Delivery
- 4.1 All delivery times are estimates and the actual delivery time may vary from this estimate. You should also be aware that if you request and the takeaway agrees to change your delivery address following submission of an order, this may lead to a significant delay in your delivery time.
- 4.2 If, during delivery of an order, you fail to take delivery of the order within 5 minutes of our delivery driver's arrival, the order will return to the takeaway and you will not receive a refund. The takeaway will not be liable for a secondary delivery attempt.
5. Payment
- 5.1 The prices for the products and for delivery are set out on the website. Please note that if your delivery order is below a minimum value then an additional charge, as set out on the website during the ordering process, may also apply.
- 5.2 Some products may be incorrectly priced. If the product's price at the time of your order is higher than the price stated to you, the takeaway will contact you before accepting your order. If the takeaway accepts your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, the takeaway may end the contract and refund you any sums you have paid.
- 5.3 If your payment is not authorised, your order will not be sent to the takeaway and will not be fulfilled.
- 5.4 Online card payments are processed securely by Ordora, operated by Velmont Solutions Group Ltd, 1A Gossops Parade, Crawley, RH11 8HH.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
- 6.1 You do not have a right to cancel any contract for products under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- 6.2 You may request that your order is cancelled or changed after it has been submitted, but this will only be possible before the takeaway has received the order or started making your order. No refund will be provided if you cancel the order after it has been received and is being made.
- 6.3 If you cancel your order before preparation begins, your original payment will be processed and thereafter we will provide a refund.
- 6.4 If the takeaway is unable to fulfil your order or any of the products in a particular order, we will refund the value of the product(s) that we were unable to fulfil and, if the full order is cancelled, any delivery and service charges.
7. Our Liability
- 7.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- 7.1.1 death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- 7.1.2 fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
- 7.1.3 any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.
- 7.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Advice about your statutory rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
8. Changes to These Terms
8.1 We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Terms applicable at the time of your order will apply to that order. Please check these Terms regularly to ensure that you understand the Terms that apply at the time that you order the products.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This means that your order and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection therewith will be governed by English law.
